Do you work with businesses outside Florida?

Yes. We work with companies anywhere in the U.S., remotely. Florida is where we focus first.

Which tools do you integrate?

n8n connects with QuickBooks, HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, Google Workspace and hundreds more. When needed, we build custom integrations.

What does it cost?

Pricing is set after the free assessment, based on scope. Every proposal states scope, timeline and price up front.

Do I need the consulting engagement to use the software?

No. Hub Integrado and Bis can be purchased on their own, with onboarding and support. Consulting makes sense when the process isn't clear yet. Then we redesign before we automate.

Why n8n?

It's a robust automation platform with hundreds of ready-made integrations that can run on your own server: your company's data isn't locked into a tool that charges per run. When a job calls for something else, we use Google Apps Script, direct APIs or custom code.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope: redesigning one process plus focused automations is usually done in 2 to 4 weeks. Projects spanning several processes or a custom system take 6 to 12 weeks. The exact timeline is in the proposal, after the assessment.

What does it cost?

We don't sell boxed packages. Pricing is set after the free assessment, based on the real scope of your operation. Because our team is based in Brazil, you get senior engineering at rates well below typical U.S. agencies. Every proposal states scope, timeline and price up front.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We follow data-security best practices (access control, encryption in transit and audit trails) and build under Brazil's LGPD, a data-protection law modeled on Europe's GDPR. Personal data is processed only for the purpose agreed with you. See our Privacy Policy.
